a. Product description

Fiberglass backing plate is particularly made for making flap disc. The plate is made of the fiberglass which are specially woven and treated in our plant. Special sizes are available on request.

b. Main specification:

Type: T27 (Flat), T29 (Convex)
Material: Fiberglass fabric impregnated with phenolic resin
Metal Ring: 1 or 2.
Layers: 4-13
Inner Diameters: 16.23mm or 22. 23mm (Tolerance: 0. 15mm)
Outer diameter: 75mm, 85mm, 95mm, 107mm. 118mm, 125mm, 140mm, 170mm, 178mm (Tolerance: 0. 5mm)
Payment: L/ C or T/ T in advance.

Packing: Each roll is wrapped in a shrinked polyethylene film and put into cartons of different sizes according to their diameters. Cartons are placed onto wooden pallets, which are wrapped with plastic films of two to three layers.
